David Gurtler

DAVID GURTLER BA(Hons), BPl, DipSurv, MRTPI

For more than 35 years, David has worked creatively in both the public and private sectors to unlock opportunities and secure valuable development.

David has over 35 years of experience working for private consultancy, local government and non-government agencies both in England and in South-East Asia. David has managed teams on major projects, negotiated and prepared planning applications for large developments, co-ordinated environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and presented evidence at public inquiries, for instance on Bristol Airport and London City Airport.

His main interest is aviation, and he has advised and secured development at Heathrow Terminal 5 and preparation for the Third Runway, and London Luton Airport expansion, as well as a new terminal and railway station at Southend Airport, and new hotel and hangars at Biggin Hill, amongst many others.


GRAHAM DORE

Proactive in his approach, Graham has over seven years’ experience in delivering transformative development, maximising potential, and finding imaginative planning solutions.

Graham has experience leading on the negotiation and determination of major and strategic development, including urban regeneration, public infrastructure, residential, Green Belt and historic conservation. He has led on the redevelopment of Luton and Dunstable University Hospital since 2016, and recently negotiated a 1,300 residential unit mixed-use scheme.

His interests include regeneration, urban design, and redevelopment within the historic environment, as well as non-residential development such as schools and hospitals.
